What will the next iPhone be called?

4.7" Iphone 6m (medium)
5.5" Iphone 6L (large)

Future phones would then be

Iphone 7SS
Iphone 7 MS
Iphone 7LS

That is is if the so called phablet they release even bears the iphone name, it could be called something completely different and still run the same iOS.

lol how is that confusing? Small, Medium, Large...it doesn't get any easier than that. Apple is most likely not going to give all 3 phones different names other than iphone. They will have to call it Iphone 4", Iphone 4.7" or Iphone 5.5", if not they will have to designate a letter after number.

I could have chosen any store! Regardless, I still think calling them S M or L is something Apple will just never do. It's not their style. I guess we will see when it/they come out.

I think there will be an iphone air (the larger 5.5 inch) and an iphone mini (either a 4 or 4.5 inch).

not only do the "leaks" make the upcoming iphone look reminiscent of the ipad air, the naming would only be the next thing to follow
