What will the stores look like today?

I've never been to an Apple store (walk past them a lot, but no reason to go in).

My old man needs a new phone, and we are debating the iphone 4. If I go to verizon it will easily take over an hour to get out of there, is it any faster at an apple store?

My husband is actually across the street from an apple store at another event today, but he would probably hate it. Should I make the trip today? There is one about half an hour from my house.

I also wanted to check out the ipad2 in person, I can't lie, and see some of the accessories.
