With iOS 5, iCloud (across all devices), and the new features in Lion, I wonder what this will mean for those who jailbreak their iPhones/iPads/iPod Touches. I have a feeling this will complicate things...

Obviously jailbreakers will have to wait for an iOS 5 jailbreak to come out if they insist on a jailbroken version.

no no, I get that. I just mean, if Lion will be able to "run" some iOS apps via iCloud, then maybe for full functionality, a JB of Lion would also be required? sorry I know thats really confusing speculation. anyway I guess its just something that we'll have to wait and see what happens when this is actually released in the fall.

iOS 5 is independent... no need for computers anymore. So Lion is completely irrelevant to a jailbreak.
