What will troubles be with the iPhone 4S from Orange in Spain

I want buy iPhone 4S in Barcelona.
Is it locked for Orange or what?
Price is too low for unlocked( http://goo.gl/3zYvW )
I live in Ukraine, if I`ll buy it will I`ve an iPod touch until jailbreak will come or something?
Which troubles will I have after buying iPhone with Orange`s contract and not paying them.
