What works with Smart Cover?

I have a Smart Cover and Smart Feather (by Incipio) and the two work great. The only thing I noticed and when I go to stand it up to watch a movie it doesn't have the best angle. With the Smart Cover I can watch a movie when it's standing up on the desk and its about a 100 degree angle. With the Smart Feather attached I have to get lower because its closer to an exact 90 degree angle with the Smart Feather.

Any better backing with the Smart Cover? Should I get a skin? And if so which kind?
