Will it be unbreakable by dropping it on the concrete ?
Is it better than sapphire glass?

OP.. there are a few articles around the internet showing graphene touchscreens. My guess is that an iPhone with graphene would look exactly the same as the screens now unless they decide to show off its curving ability.
