I have a friend who would like to by an iMac. She is a graphic designer and will be using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. Basically Adobe suite. Which 2009 iMac would best suite her needs? What video card would be best for her?:) (she is not a gamer and will not be video editing out side of imovie)

Budget is somewhat of a concern:apple:

Faster is always better than slower.

More is always better than less.

Now, depending on how much budget is a concern, you might have to scale back - but my advice is that many people regret spending too little and getting too little in return; but just about nobody regrets spending more and getting more in return.

The performance difference between those will be minimal. I'd go for the cheapest and instead invest the money saved on a SSD drive and 4GB RAM.
