What would happen to bootcamp windows 7 if i upgrade to Liou

Sorry if this is a dumb question, i was about to upgrade to Lion but i am just wondering what would happen to the already installed windows 7( via bootcamp) if i upgrade SL to Lion.

Would it still be there? or i need to go through everything again.

Everything will be exactly as you left it. Lion will only affect your mac partition. Speaking from experience.
