Every other smart phone that I have owned had some type of illuminated indicator to notify you of missed calls, texts, and emails. With the iPhone you have to click on the home button to illuminate the screen. A better option would be to have the square in the home button illuminate to indicate missed items.

Any thought on this?

We've been talking about it for years, Smug Boy - and some of us agree.

I would be happy with a small notification LED on the *top* of the phone, like my old Samsung dumbphone had.

Unbreakable glass front & back would be great too ;-)

what would make the perfect iphone? if everyone who wanted one died, fact...

theres perfection and theres acceptance, unfortunately the reality between the two doesnt exist between some people...

im sure theres a little gizmo which notifies you if you have any messages on your iphone, glowing keyrings?
