I got my ipad 3rd gen literally 18 days back and today the 4th gen launced.
there is a 14days refund policy in the UK, so I am considering getting it replaced some how.. but I would like to know what you would do??
I'd come on here and mercilessly slag Apple off and claim it was unethical etc...
Then I'd reach adulthood and make use of Apple's goodwill policy. Give their customer service line a call and explain the situation. They are usually very helpful (in my experience).
