I have a g4 MDD that is not being used right now. I was ready to sell but was recently at an Apple Reseller and saw one set up. I started to feel a little sentimental towards my old friend.

It's a 1.25 MDD with 2 Gigs Ram, CD/DVD RW...

I've got a buyer interested but now I'm debating if I want to sell.

Possible Uses.... Home Time Machine Server for my two other macs.

Or..

Sell and buy an Apple TV for my 46" TV and Home Theatre..

What would you do and what would you sell it for....

Worth selling and moving on? Or worth putting to use in some way? Its mint and works perfect, but I have a macbook and loaded mac pro as well...

I've been in this situation, even with this same computer. :) I always get a bit attached to my macs, and think about keeping the old ones... until reality kicks in. If you have to think up uses for it then you probably don't need it. Honestly, what would you do with it when you've got 2 other macs that will spank it in pretty much anything you want to do?

I bet you could still get a couple hundred for it on ebay. Unless that's an insignificant amount of money to you (which it very well could be, in which case keep it), sell it. In my experience, once the old mac is out the door you don't miss it.

I'm just curious if there are any other uses for this system....

the other option is to sell and buy an apple tv...
