Hey guys I’ve had AT&T since November 10th of last year. Back then they had bogo iPhones. I bought 6 iPhones so I was suppose to get 3 $23.34 credits. And a $25 discount for directv. Well they didn’t give me the $25 directv discount cause I was on the business account. Well I called in and talked to the supervisor she said I switched over to the personal account, then I would get my dtv discount and I would still get my other credits. So that’s what I done. Now they are saying the 2 bogo credits I have now should be getting 3 but they said they will stop giving them to me since I changed my account.
I’m sure they have the recording from the rep on November 17th. What should I do? The rep in the store is the one that said I would get all of it on the business account.
