trackpad drivers

I'm not sure if this fits.... but, I would like to see better trackpad drivers for windows under bootcamp so i can have one and two finger tap clicks.

1. Fix the mightmouse from acting stupid when connecting to another bluetooth device.
2. Safari crashing
3. Safari logging me out of Facebook after a bit, then not allowing me to log back in until I quit/restart Safari (so annoying).

havent had issues with facebook, but there's one VBB forum i got to that will not keep my logged in in safari i have to use firefox

airport randomly losing connection and gaining it... over and over again for a few minutes. then being fine.

Same as TC, fix the issues with waking up from sleep, both trackpad and... well... waking up at all...

Stacks of Application on the left side, like in the original 10.5 keynote demo. Not MacBook related, but still very useful.

  • the trackpad going crazy when you wake it up
  • and it waking from sleep

are my two

any other macbook / pro / air fixes you're hoping for?

i guess the keyboard issue wouldnt hurt too its annoying typeing my frist few keys several times until it recoignizes them

do you have the istat pro widget installed? if so that's your problem. i had the same thing happening until i deleted it. no problems with that at all anymore.

but i am getting annoyed with my MBP skipping the first letter i type sometimes. so i'm hopeful that's fixed.

Seems to be only me and my other friend.

Everyone else I know (which is like 2 more people lol) with Leopard, say that they don't have this problem.

I reported the problem on Safari anyways, hopefully they can fix it.
Like, I wouldn't have a problem if it logged me out and actually let me log back in, but I HAVE to quit Safari, if I don't, it won't allow me to login.

Safari sucks... just get mozilla and a safari theme for it if you like the looks of it. lol

Seriously. FF3 also looks a lot more Mac-like, if that's important to you. I'm using the nightly (Minefield), and it works like a charm. Looks good, too. :D

Front Row

FRONT ROW!!!!! I wanna be able to use this on my external speakers like i could in tiger. Apple somehow managed to screw up a great program

Spaces!

1) Spaces should not keep jumping between spaces.
For example, if you have Finder windows open in more than one space, when you close all Finder windows in one space, Spaces will jump to the next/last space that has Finder windows ><'
This happens to all apps, not just the Finder.

2) Be able to open a new window in the current space.
Now, if I want a new window for an app, say Firefox, I have to switch to a Space that has a Firefox window, open a new window there, then move the new window to the space I was previously. What I feel that Spaces should do is when I click on the Dock icon for an app (or some other reasonable shortcut) the app should open a new window in the current space.

Another example is opening documents for apps that are already running. Say I have QuickTime running on Space 1. I move to Space 2 and open a new movie there. Spaces now will jump back to Space 1 and open the movie there. I find that behaviour disconcerting. Spaces should open the new QuickTime window Space 2 where I selected the file.

Just my $0.02.
