I have an opportunity to buy 2 13" MBPs (the more expensive one with the 2.53GHz proc and 4gb ram) for $750 or half off. I'm going to keep one and sell the other. What would you sell the other for? It will be brand new of course.

No it is a special deal as an incentive through my work where part of the price is subsidized. I can only order two, and I don't need two but I thought I'd make a little $$$! :)

I'll buy it for 1100

hehe thanks for the offer! I don't have it yet but I'll keep you in mind. Since the purchase doesn't go through the Apple but a 3rd party I'm not sure if it will be a week or 4 weeks before I get it.

Sounds like 1100-1250 is in the ballpark...figured that would be fair since really you can get them for 1300 with the edu discount and a free ipod although you have to wait for your rebate...

Ok. I still have to sell my macbook pro, but once I do I'll be buying a new one asap, just so ya know.
EDIT- btw what company do you work for that offers this?

...isn't is considered company property if they are paying for it?

Nope I'm paying for it, but I get a reduced price as a sort of bonus if you will. It's a type of reward program. There is no stipulation on reselling although I can only get two.
