What you say about this RAM Chip?

I have MacBook Pro 13" mid 2010 core 2 duo 2.4 GHz - 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3.

It is recommended to upgrade my RAM Chips to those chips?

Those are fine but these are just as good for less, from a better retailer. Buy the speed of ram that is designed for your MBP in order to avoid any issues. You won't be able to utilize anything faster than 1066MHz ram anyways.

depends on what you're doing on your mac, you will see a difference if you're constantly low on ram

not only, Newegg, many other places sell 1333 cheaper than 1066
