whatbingknows.com display suggestions

i've been slowly building a few of my project sites up and i have gotten to the point of adding other pages to http://whatbingknows.com. up till now it has just been one main page that pulls random user submitted quotes off a db.

having just set up user submission and submitter credit i created another page to show the most recently approved submissions. that way a person waiting for one they submitted can check here. you can see it if you go to http://whatbingknows.com/recent.php. right now it looks really disorganized and misplaced so i am coming to you guys for help before i make live. what are your suggestions for displaying the most recent approved submissions? smaller text? larger text? i'm open for anything at this point.

Can you just put a horizontal line between entries to break them apart? Then maybe just organize the text a bit form there.

Also, all of your apostrophes have a \ preceding them, probably from escaping them when you enter them to your database.
