iPod touch whatever happen to that fm radio app

what happend to it i came around in oct 09 then there has been no info
im thinking of getting a ipod touch but the zune hd has radio
i meant the rumored fm radio app

That's not exactly FM radio...

The iPod Touch's wireless chip (at least on the 3G model) is perfectly capable of receiving FM... Apple just hasn't enabled it for some reason (just like, incidentally, the 5G iPod Nano is technically capable of connecting to WiFi, since the Nano and the Touch have the same wireless chip, though for obvious reasons WiFi is disabled on the Nano).

The title from the OP was "whatever happen to that fm radio app. The app that I posted, in my opinion, is the best FM app.

Right... I clicked on the link and didn't see anything about FM in the feature set... hence my comment. Did I miss something?
