Secondly, you gotta love the possible legal problems of ordering a computer from these people, then getting hit with a penalty.
Tucked away at the end of the terms of service for the Psystar online store is this clause: "Psystar is not responsible for any legal repercussions brought upon you due to your use or involvement with the Open Computer and/or OpenPro."
An ugly generic computer using cheaper parts, no warranty, and can't receive updates, all from a company whose building doesn't even exist? Sounds like a WINNER!
