I didn't learn from my mistake last time. I ordered 2 phones and wanted to change one of them. I had it as 2 separate orders. They were both for 6s+ but my roommate decided she wanted a 6s instead of the plus.

I figured it would be an easy change.

Wow was I wrong. The rep was new and canceled both orders and was not able to fix it. Talked to a manager who had the bad news that nothing can be done about it. Once canceled thats it.

So I spent 2 hours and 35 minutes on the phone with Apple trying to find a way to fix it.

The only good thing was that in my drunken ordering last night I accidentally submitted a reservation for in store pick up as well. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be getting my 6s+ rose gold 126gb for several weeks longer.

Unless there is a very major problem with your order, just don't contact Apple ever. This is the 3rd time this happened during pre-order. Maybe next time I will learn.
