What's a good price for a TiBook, supposedly good condition, 1 GHz, 60 GB HD, 512 MB ram, 15" widescreen, basic superdrive, about 9 months AppleCare left. Is $1200 US too much? $1100 US? Hard for me to tell given that you get much more stuff with the newer G4 PowerBooks, but of course, they cost more too.

1200-1500. The TiBook 1 GHz is a very valuable book, as many people want it for its looks. I've seen em go past 1700 for ones that are in prefect shape with all their docs/box/CDs/etc.

That much, huh? I thought it was because they could still run OS 9, but I never figured that its looks would factor into it so much.

Yeah, $1000-$1100 sounds good. I love the look of the Ti Book. Wish I could swap out the guts of my Al PB into a Ti case.

1200 is fair. I just sold mine for 1400 on ebay ( subt 55 for fees and 45 for shipping, plus 100 for extra ram and airport. 1200 is fair)
