i am unsure if i want to add ram to my 2.1 1gb 120hd macbook that i just bought. Because i am looking to sell it for the new macbooks it there are some revisions like. But what is a good place to to get some good cheap ram.

People have their own favorite ram seller, personally I always buy Crucial ram, not the cheapest but I've never had any problems ..

I would never buy RAM from Ebay(or anything that important---personal choice), no matter how cheap. Somethings aren't worth the risk even when some seem to always get too good to be true deals and some people(repeatedly) claim they always work. I have seen too many horror stories to tell me differently.

I like crucial also. Go to Fry's and buy the crucial RAM. They sell it the cheapest on the internet and are very reputable. I bought 4GB of RAM from them for $40(Crucial RAM). Which is a way better deal than $22 for 2GB from Ebay and it comes from a good company. Plus it is a namebrand RAM with a lifetime warranty.

wow i just looked all over the web and cant find anything even close to 40 for 4gb of ram cruical

i dont know i am not 100 % positive on how to tell. i just dont want to order it and have issues. However that is a great deal

i cant even find how to get to the ram portion of frys online store besides you link

just type crucial in the search window and you get the listing.

This one works with macbook. You need DDR2 PC-5300 modules.
Crucial is top notch ram and I never had issues with them before. $40 after rebate is a very good price for 4GB
