These ARE free, but of course, they are only for Mac OS X, and since you asked on a message board focused on Mac OS X and iOS, and in the "Mac Basics and Help" sub forum, we assumed, you were looking for software for Mac OS X, since you didn't provide enough information.
Btw, either something is "free" or it is not. It cannot be "more free".


But I guess you saying "PC" is meaning "Windows", since PC is short for "Windows" nowadays, you might have better luck with using a search engine to find something like this:
