What's a good Minidisc to go with Mac, for recording?

Now that the new iPod recording accessory looks lame (for my purposes at least), what is a good MD player that

1. Works with OS X
2. Records well
3. Has a decent mike

Basically I would like to record interviews, concerts, and tweak them for broadcast.

Also, best app to do this (basic and cheap preferred).
