Walmart is selling the 32gb for $129 and the 64gb for $159 right now, but I don't know if that has been a regular price for a while or if I can expect a significantly better price somewhere come the holiday sales season. If the prognostications are that these discounts are to make room for a new model I wouldn't want to buy either.
