I used to use one for the PC that was essentially open source. Is there anything like this for OS X? I have a variety of obscure music with track listings on CD that aren't recognized by iTunes. I'd like to properly rip them, name them and import them to my iTunes music collection.

You can edit multiple tags with iTunes. Doug's AppleScripts for iTunes is a great resource for managing your iTunes tags and files.
