Whats a good TrueCrypt equilvalent for OSX ?

I use TrueCrypt on my PC, but there isnt an OSX port (yet). Whats a good alternative?
 
You could just use an encrypted disk image

I'm not sure about something that's cross platform readable though, that's tricky
