What's a reasonable price to sell iPad 1 for? Specs inside.

I have a 16 gig wifi iPad 1. I'm looking to sell it so I can get the 3 when it hits stores. It is in perfect condition, I mean crystal clear. Not a scratch on it. I take really good care of my electronics. And I'm gonna throw in two cases with it for free. So what would be a reasonable price to sell it for? And is anyone interested in buying haha

I just bought an iPad 1 for $300....so around $300 is perfect. And that's the lowest I have found them here.
