Whats Apple's timetable like when does the iPhone 7 get finalized ?

I wanted to ask for those who know here or have experience When does Apple finalize its new phone design aka the iPhone 7 in time to #1. Source new materials and #2. give manufacturers enough time to make the components.

Given that September 23-30 2016 will be the launch window. Things are probably well underway.

its probably already designed.. concept wise its possible it may already be finished.

product wise, there may be prototypes. Not sure about apple, but my old room mate works for HP (designing tablets) and I've seen concepts he has worked on nearly a year in advance. So I'm sure apple of all people would be done the concept stage
