Sure if you are ok with paying $35 restocking fees.

I actually wish Apple had the same policy for customers that abuse the return policy like the above scenario. Hopefully there are enough customers like yourself to push them into adopting it.

In a perfect world... Customers who wish to make a return shouldn't pay restocking fee, and customers who abuses the policy shouldn't be allowed to do so, but that's in the perfect world about 400 years away.
