Really depends on how much incoming mail you get on a daily basis.

IMO I'd go with Push. This way, it'll push when there's actually an email. Fetch, on the other hand, will fetch or "check" regardless.

I get about 5-10 mails every day...
 
Is it bad if you set your iCloud to manual? instead of push or fetch? will Find My iPhone still works with this feature?

No, it's not bad. Just means that Mail will only update when you're in the app itself. That's what Manual means.

Find My iPhone will still work, this has nothing to do with it.
