whats easiest way to share spreadsheet so 6 people can input info from ipads

sorry if its a daft question.

wife's 6 staff have to send her sales figures every evening and she inputs into an excel sheet on her mac, but all staff have ipads with 3g.

would having one spreadsheet on pages be easy for them all to access? would it be best to be saved on icloud or on dropbox?

Google Sheets/Google Drive (Docs) can do that. All six can be viewing/editing at the same time and changes are updated to all of those immediately.

Apparently with the online iCloud beta version of Pages you can.

You'd have to check on the differences from Google in sharing and edit tracking to see what fits your needs.
