Yesterday macbook pro 17" had a 5 - 7 day shipping time


now its say 7 - 10 days for the 2.66 GHz

what do you guys think is going on ???.. Is their a problem or they are not building these computers fast enough.

I would go with the 2nd option. You get almost 3X the hard drive space and with a 17" MBP what difference would a little less weight make with going with the SSD.
 
I ordered the base model on the 4th in the afternoon and it shipped the next morning.
