What's going on with my software update?!

A couple of nights ago I had a pop up on the home screen telling me to download iOS 9.1 Beta 3 (yes 3). Since then I have the 1 notification on my settings icon however when I go to software update it tells me I'm up to date, iOS 9.0.2.

This is an iPhone 6S and I have never installed a public beta profile on it or anything like that.

Anyone else seeing this?
