What's happening with the App Store?

One minute it shows 9 updates, then when I go to see what the updates are they disappear only to re-appear a few hours later doing the same thing.

It's happening on my iPhone and iPad.

"Apps near me" is hit and miss on my iPad.

Leaving reviews is hit and miss on my iPhone and iPad.

Regular cannot connect to App Store or iTunes messages on my iPhone and iPad.

I'm getting the same thing with updates but my iPad mini is running 6.0.1.

So at least we know it's not and iOS 7 issue. This has been happening to me also

happening to me too on my IPad 1....
I'm guessing the App Store is pushing IOS7 updates for all Apps and when it checks the version of my IPad (IOS5) it cancels the updates that would otherwise not work on an older operating system...

Painfully slow updates on iPhone , iPad and MB .
It's a little bit better when I update them one by one
