Whats on your MBP when driving a display?

So I have mine to the left of my display....and I tend to keep my calendar up at all times in full screen mode so it is always just a glance away.

For those with external displays what do you find yourself primarily using for MBP display for?

Looking for alternative ideas so wanted to ask!

I tend to have a split screen of Spotify and my after effects mercury transit - showing the video display of whatever I’m working on when I’m ready to preview.

Then my main screen is the actual program itself with the timeline etc. That way I’m not always strained
