Your post is confusing. You mean you lost your OS X 10.4 CDs / keys and want to replace them? You might be able to get a replacement CD for a small fee, if you have a proof of purchase (take it to an app store). But you can't buy OS X 10.4 : it isn't available for sale anymore. You can only buy 10.5
10.4 is still purchase-able from AppleCare US for $129. Fulfillment (or replacement) discs for the gray labeled discs that come with computers are about $16-$20 US each. Convert away to other currencies...
