What's that app? Apple new maps app?

I just saw the iPad video at apple's website, and caught this screenshot.

It doesn't look to me like the default maps app, or am I wrong?

Possibly a replacement for Google Maps?

I've noticed that the US iPad page doesn't mention Google Maps as one of its Retina display examples...

But it's there on the UK version of the same page...

Maybe the US is getting its own non-Google maps app?

Note that iPhoto for iOS already features non-Google maps...
