J Jsameds Suspended Apr 22, 2008 3,525 7,988 Nov 27, 2015 #2 1080/60 Best frame rate available (which reduces blur) and also at a resolution where digital stabilisation is applied giving the best results all round. 1080/30 and 720/30 have the the same stabilisation as 1080/60 but at lower resolution/framerate. 4K is the worst for stabilisation.
