Why on earth would u need a headset? The exterior iSight and the interior one all have built in microphones and u hear the other person thru your speakers!

waaaaaaay too much echo and background noise. i mean, it's communicable, but barely. the cell phone works much better honestly. plus, we can barely hear each other as it is without headphones, since the internal speakers are so quiet... and then you get a ton of noise still.
we don't have the external isight, so i can't comment on that.
