i can't seem to find a good ipad optimized app for instragram. any recommendations? 🙏

None of the apps are any good. I don’t understand why Facebook doesn’t release an iPad optimised version. It may be a lot of work to make the existing app universal but they can very well just do an iPad app on the side.

No way would it be a lot of work if they did even the bare minimum and upscaled their **** to iPad size.

It's madness that such a popular service doesn't have an iPad app. I use the web version or the blown up iPhone version. Neither are ideal.

I upload my drawings to instagram, should I copy it to my phone when it’s ready? Why? Why don’t create a damn ipad PORT for this damn app?

Pictures are posted on Instagram. People want to look at pictures on Instagram. People have iPads.

I follow artists I like on Instagram. I would rather look at their work on the larger iPad. It just makes sense for there to be an iPad version of Instagram since it is popular with artists & photographers. There's an iPad verison of Tumblr.

Bc that’s the device we’re using. It’s not hard to figure out if you have half a brain. It’s a social network built around photography and art, so why WOULDN'T people want to view on their iPad?

Agreed. It's really irritating. You'd think with FB's $$ and resources, they could carve out a minuscule bit and just get it done.

In all honesty, Safari. Use the web. With iPadOS it will look identical to your computer.

Insta was never meant for tablets. No one is taking photos with their tablets to upload to insta. I do agree, even though it started as a camera app, times have changed to where people edit photos/videos on tablets or macs/pc, transfer the content to their phones, then post. It would be easier if facebook optimized the app for ipad, it would be a convince for everyone.

I don’t think he devs want to spend time making a standalone app for ipad when they have their mobile division across several platforms to focus on, to appease a small groups out of their entire base

I use InsPad. It’s fine for looking at posts and enlarging pics.
