Hello, I recently bought a used MBP 2021 14inch M1 Pro 32/1T with 76 charge cycle and 93% battery health, the previous owner preferred to keep the original power adapter,

Now I'm hesitating between 3 adapter models, 67W, 96W, 120W.

I'd like to preserve battery life, and I'm not looking to gain speed in charging time, I'm looking to gain autonomy,

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Apple recommends the 70-watt unit. A higher-watt unit would charge faster...which, as I understand it, is not better for battery health.

So...no reason to get the 96-watt unit or bigger, as speed would be the only benefit. The older 67-watt unit would be fine too.
