Over time, I have accumulated up-to 4 different laptop hard-drives (through upgrades). These hard-drives serve me well with my external backup storage. I was throwing around the idea of possibly using a USB 3.0 enclosure to take advantage of high speed transfers. Which USB 3.0 hard-drive enclosure would you guys recommend as the best one (in terms of quality and swapping hard-drives in a jiffy)? Appreciate any guidance.

I've used this one http://www.amazon.com/Mediasonic-HD...73771241&sr=8-6&keywords=mediasonic+enclosure and I recommend it.

I asked a similar question a while back and someone recommended this http://www.amazon.com/Plugable-Lay-...d=1373771307&sr=1-10&keywords=hard+drive+dock
Cool thing is it can take both 2.5 and 3.5 drives, and looks optimal if you want to do a lot of swapping. The one that I got can be taken apart in about 10 seconds with 2 screws, and is a bit more compact if that matters to you

Plugable docks work really well, and their customer service is excellent. I use one of their universal docks that takes 3.5" drives, but if you only need to fit 2.5" drives they have a couple of nice options. One is a single-drive dock with a built-in 3-port USB 3.0 hub - or they also have a dual-bay dock that would be handy for transferring files directly from one disk to another.
