Whats the best way to dictate notes when driving

let me ask this for all those who drive a lot and like to dictate notes or emails do u use the the cars bluetooth system or do you use an earpiece. i find my self having thoughts or need to answer an email or text but i cant type. Wahts the best way.

I have never used it, but I have heard good things about Dragon Dictation.
