I have all sorts of weird quirks with my phone.
-Crackly headphones on occasion,
-The vibrate gets really soft to the point where I can't feel it and I have to reset my phone to get it working again (used to be less frequent than it is now). The vibrate overall seems really weak these days.
-Slow downs/lockups pretty often.
-Sometimes I wake up in the morning and the phone is off.
The 3 people I know with the phones don't have these problems. My girlfriends phone has no issues like mine. One of my friends took his in for an issue with his headphones and they replaced it for him. I want to get mine replaced rather than have it "repaired".
My problem is, these issues can't happen on demand...by the time I bring it to the store I can't guarantee that any or all of the issues will be going on so it's going to be difficult for me to show them the problems.
I'm wondering what the best way to go about walking into a genius appointment and coming out with a new phone is. If I'm completely honest with all of my issues and they can't see any of the issues at the time of my appointment are they going to tell me "oh well...nothing we can do"?
Any experience with this? What should I do? Do they replace phones fairly easily?
