Whats the best way to play my iPhone on my home stereo

What would you recommend as the best way to use my iPhone as the music player on my home entertainment system?

Get yourself a plug that has two RCA plugs on one end and the 1/8" plug on the other. Place the phone in the dock and plug the 1/8" plug into the audio out on the back of the dock. The RCA plugs I have plugged into the AUX jacks on the back of my stereo reciever. Works very well.

the dock is the best way for line out, something like this would be good. there's probably something a whole lot cheaper than this ($400)
