What's the Best Way To Subtitle in FCP?

What tools in FCP should I learn how to use to add subtitles to videos with Final Cut Pro?

I would love to learn how!

You can create text by using the text effect. Go into the Effects tab, then go to Video Generators-->Text-->Text. You can just drag and drop it to the timeline, double click it and edit the settings.

If you have DVD Studio Pro however, you will be better off making the subtitles with it, it is far easier an gives you more flexibility when it comes to customizing the subtitles.
