whats the best way to use the phone as a usb drive?

the one thing i missed after upgrading from blackberry to iphone is the external file storage on the berries. i plug the berry into the computer and the computer see it as an external usb drive. i read that it is possible with the iphone thru some external programs. which one do you guys use?

I'm afraid I've never heard anything but that the iPhone CAN'T be used as an external drive (much to people's chagrin)

If it's possible it'll be by a hack but I haven't heard of any

Seriously tho, there are a couple of programs that do it (Briefcase comes to mind), but I've found them to be difficult/tedious to use and not as easy as simply getting a USB drive on your keyring.

Airsharing works well over wifi (not usb though, sorry)

diskaid is what i use. if you can find version 2.5, it works with any firmware
