I’ve had my HomePod Mini for a while now, and handoff has been working fine. It’s slow, but I assume it happens over WiFi, and our speeds aren’t great, so I guess that’s expected.

Recently though, our power went out. After it came back on, handoff just hasn’t worked at all. I can’t be sure the two events are related, but it’s a weird coincidence. Is anyone else having issues with handoff? How have you gone about fixing it?

iPhone 12 PM, iOS 14.3. Handoff/Transfer to HomePod is turned on in settings, and always has been. I’ve tried restarting both the Mini and my phone, and neither worked in fixing the issue.

iOS 14.4 and HomePodOS 14.4 RC versions were just released so expect them to be available soon, likely by the upcoming week. They’re supposed to include the UWB handoff. Hopefully it will fix your issues.
