Could anyone please post the default layouts for iPadOS 16.2?

Well, for me… I prefer to keep icon-free HomeScreen layout and use widget stacks.

I meant the layout that comes with a fresh installation of 16.2.

I suppose it will be like this (but I’m wondering where Freeform goes):
