I want to make a new Calendar that will show on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone.
I have a Mobile Me account. When I went to iCal on OSX-Lion 10.7, it asked if I want the new Calendar on my Mac or on Mobile Me.com.
What's the difference between a new Calendar "on my Mac" vs on @me.com??
Which do I want to use??
Thx.
Frank

On my Mac means, well on this mac, nothing else. It won't sync to the cloud and will not receive updates other then by the user entering them.

Using Me will sync to the cloud allowing you to access the calendars from any device that is setup for that Me account.

So for multiple devices your better off going with Mobile Me.

On-My-Mac vs Mobile Me

I keep calendars in both so that I can access them on multiple devices. However, there are certain calendars that I want to make sure are shared automatically with my husban on his iPad. The only way I seem to be able to set that up is to publish them On-My-Mac, and he subscribes to them. Problem is, these calendars then do not show up automatically synced on my own iPhone. Just on my Mac, and his iPad. Anyone know how to set this up so I can see them on my phone too, or how to set up the Mobile Me calendars so that he can subscribe to them on his iPad?
